SnapSupport was born out of the experiences and ideas of a dynamic team spanning more than 50+ man years of research and innovation in the life sciences, and enterprise software entities like Thermo Fisher Scientific, HP and Xerox.

The idea of a customer centric, personalized, mobile support solution offered as a scalable and flexible service stemmed from our deep rooted drive to keep customers productive, efficient and happy. We strive to make the most of every bit of information that customers provide through their smartphone in ways like never before. Our algorithms predict each customer's needs even before they realize it and proactively facilitate a timely solution for these needs. It is in fact concierge customer service powered by great features and intelligent automation. The future of mobile customer support has finally arrived!

Madhu Augustine
Cofounder, CEO

Madhu Augustine is the CEO and co-founder of SnapSupport. He has extensive experience in enterprise software development and commercialization across various industries and geographies. Prior to starting SnapSupport, he founded Ceino Technologies, a software services company focus on serving leading companies in Life Sciences. Before Ceino, he held various positions at Life Technologies (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) including product management leadership for a $100M+ reagent product line, and software management for the real-time PCR instruments. Madhu has an MBA from Wharton School of Business and Bachelors in Computer Science from NIT, India. In between working, playing with kids, and helping with household stuff, he loves spending time in the gym and tinkering with product ideas!

Wilker Ambooken
Cofounder, COO

Wilker Ambooken is an avid technologist with over 2 decades of experience in information technology. As a co-founder, he leads sales and operations strategy for SnapSupport. He has led technical teams developing products with millions in revenue streams at large corporations like Xerox.Wilker Ambooken has a BS in Computer Science and then went on to finish his MBA at Duke, Fuqua School of Business. After many years of living on the East Coast, Wilker Ambooken moved to the west coast, to be a part of the cutting edge technical evolution and entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley.

Vahan Tchakerian

Vahan Tchakerian is a seasoned senior sales executive having worked in the semiconductor processing equipment and scientific instrument businesses. He brings deep cross-cultural experience working and traveling worldwide. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Cogniac Corporation. He has served in global operations leadership capacities at Carl Zeiss, Xradia (acquired by Carl Zeiss in 2013) and Tegal since 2004. He has held executive sales roles at FEI (acquired by Thermo Fisher) and SEZ (acquired by Lam Research). Vahan Tchakerian also co-founded Jasmine Sales Group, a manufacturer's rep company and served as its president.

Vahan Tchakerian earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nitin Sood

Nitin Sood has extensive experience in technology development and commercilaization of market leading life-science products, Nitin Sood is leading NuGENs next phase of growth and development. Prior to NuGEN, Nitin Sood served as Vice President and General Manager for PerkinElmers broadly diverse life science instruments business, where he successfully commercialized products for imaging, detection, tissue pathology, automation and NGS sample prep. Nitin Sood also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Boreal Genomics, transforming the startup into a viable liquid biopsy company. Earlier in his career, Nitin Sood was General Manager of the Automation and Electrophoresis business units at Agilent Technologies and also held positions at Applied Biosystems. Nitin Sood holds MS degrees in both computer science and molecular biology and enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking and exploring national parks around the world.

Chris Toney

Chris Toney has been an executive in the instrument and service businesses for many years, most recently as VP/GM of Agilent's Enterprise Service business. He also has experience working with private equity firms on acquiring and selling companies, most recently leading the sale of RAE Systems to Honeywell corporation.
